This picture shows the volleyball court, the swimming area, and Preist Lake.

The boat launch has been over-run with sand.
There is parking for you boat trailer accross the road from the entrance to the campground.
From the boat launch you will notice this wreckage of the Tyee II.
I guess I'm getting old but I love reading the history.
You can still see the remains of the Lionhead Lodge.
I really don't know what to say about a woman willing to do this.
I love nature trails but we didn't take the time to hike this one.
There is a trail running along the lake and here we see it as it crosses the road to the boat launch.
In talking with one of the staff members I learned a favorite activity here is to rent a canoe, pack your camping equipment in it and paddle up the lake to camp where the only access is by water. That sounds great to me!
Follow this path to the amphitheater.
There are programs here which vary so check it out when you arrive.
If you don't want to miss church, you don't have to.
It really is beautiful country.
