Shoshone Falls on the Snake River near Twin Falls

If you are passing through the area Shoshone Falls is worth stopping to see.

We visited Shoshone Falls in late June of 2012, the water flow was a bit low but still quite the sight. I would recommend visiting in May to catch the spring run-off.

There is a large picnic area and a gift shop. The restrooms are in the back of the gift shop. If you are interested in history there are informational sign with many interesting stories and photos.

There many trails along the canyon and more planned.
