Spring Creek Campground

Name: Spring Creek Campground

Spring Creek Campground set in the forest along a very small creek west of Hitt Mountain. The elevation here is only 4300 feet which makes this a great early season campground. When we visited the snow had just melted at the campground in late April, camping was free during the walk in season. Later in the summer this is a rather warm place but usually has several campers. This campground is not intended for very large RVs. The longest driveway is listed as 32 feet.
