Name: Canyon Creek Transfer Camp
Canyon Creek Transfer Camp is located on the Big Smokey Creek North of Twin Falls about 95 miles. It is designed for horsemen to use to access the trails in the Pioneer Mountains. Hiking, riding, hunting and fishing are popular here. There are corrals, loading docks and a stock watering trough for your animals.
Campsites: There are 6 campsites each with a picnic table, fire pit and barbecue stand. The road and driveways are gravel.

Water: Yes, there is water through a hand pump equipped well. The water was rather strong with iron.

Electricity Available: No.
Restroom: There is one vault style outhouse which I found to be clean and well stocked.
Handicap Accessible: The outhouse is handicap accessible.
Firewood: You will need to provide your own firewood.
Pets: Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash.
Picnic Area: No.
Recreation: Besides camping, the primary recreation is riding the trails in the nearby mountains.
Fishing: Fishing is available in Big Smokey Creek and other streams in the surrounding area for trout. Check the regulations here.

Wildlife: Deer, elk, bear, wolves and many smaller animals live in these mountains.
