Hagerman Fossil Beds Information Center is located in the Thousand Springs State Park Visitors Center. I also visited the Snake River Overlook site.

Overlook and Informational Signs There is no public access to the actual fossil beds.

Across the road is an overlook on the original Oregon Trail which you can hike. It must have been so discouraging to leave the river and head up that dry dusty hill.
