There are two vault style outhouses available. I have found them to be reasonably clean and stocked with toilet paper.

For drinking water, you can use this hand pump well. It is likely to taste metallic but will be safe unless posted.

Garbage dumpsters, notice there are two. I think this might get busy at times.
