Moose Creek Reservoir is surrounded by gently rolling hills in Northern Idaho. The country is heavily forested with pines and underbrush. Grass covers anything left uncovered. It is beautiful to a greenery starved desert dweller such as myself. The high temperatures in the summer range up to 90 to 92 degrees.

It is called MOOSE Creek, however I wouldn't count on seeing a moose. Whitetail deer, yes, and we saw a beaver dam on the creek below the lake.

So we are planning on making a trip to Moose Creek reservoir in June. I was wondering if there is any way that we can save the campground that's located when you cross the Crick, go to the right and it's the last campsite that you can camp at, I have stage 4 ER plus breast cancer, and it's my favorite place to go, and I would just like to be able to be there for a couple weeks and I need to get in contact with the camp post and see if it's possible that he can hold up for me, I would really appreciate it. We camped there every year and I just didn't want to take the chance that we couldn't have our special camp spot again. And so possibly, if he could get ahold of me, my phone number is 5097802672, and he can call me I at anytime. If I don't answer, leave me a message and I'll get back to him just as soon as possible. Please let me know via email or phone call.Thank you so very much, and you have a wonderful campground.I love coming there so much. It's just beautiful.Thank you for the opportunities that i've had in the past
