Located on the Oregon side of Oxbow Reservoir, Carters Landing is a small semi-developed campground. This is a first-come, first-served park and fees must be paid at the park’s fee station. Fee envelopes for cash and checks only. Day use in the park is free. Most would call this primitive camping in undeveloped sites except for the picnic tables and the porta-potty. There is shade from numerous trees. The campsites are not numbered or fully defined.
