Outlet Campground Review
Campground near Outlet Bay on Priest Lake offers a variety of settings.
There are a few sites on
Priest Lake but most are on the wooded slope above the lake. About half
of the camping sites are heavily wooded, while the other half have been
thinned, leaving a much more open environment. There is a picnic table
and fire ring at each site. I found the campground to be poorly
maintained. Broken tables, trees fallen through camp sites and when I
tested the water it ran dark rusty water for about 30 seconds. The sink
in the bathroom was very rust stained. The roads and driveways are
paved but the pavement has not been maintained and is falling apart. To
be fair, I saw a lack of maintenance while my wife saw "rustic".
visited in late June and the campground was empty. Of course,
been a very wet spring so maybe campers are holding out for warmer
weather. The host for Outlet is located in Osprey Campground

Pets: Must be on a leash.
Garbage Services: There is garbage service available in "Bearwise" cans.
RV Dumping Site: The nearest RV Dumping station is at Upper Luby Bay Campground.
